She has experience working across a variety of physiotherapy settings, including working as a grade 2 pelvic health physio at the Mercy Hospital for Women, and working in private practice seeing a combination of pelvic health, musculoskeletal and sports patients.
Lilly treats a broad range of conditions of pelvic floor and musculoskeletal dysfunction, including pregnancy-related conditions, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and chronic pelvic pain (ie. endometriosis associated pain, vulvodynia, vagisnismis). In addition, Lilly fits pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse.
Lilly is also experienced working with sports and musculoskeletal injuries. She utilises manual therapy, dry needling, education, exercise, and load management to empower people in their rehabilitation journey.
